Why should I join the Leicestershire and Rutland Business Club?

Networking Options

There are many options when it comes to the networking part of growing your business. All of them have the same aim, to get new business. But it’s how you do the networking that’s important, isn’t it? Not everybody thrives under the pressure of a high intensity target driven experience, or a completely unstructured meeting format.

If you’d prefer to join a friendly group of local business people, then Leicester and Rutland Business Club (LRBC) is definitely the networking choice for you.

Three benefits to networking with Leicester and Rutland Business Club

1. Generate new business

The purpose of any networking is to get new business and LRBC has an excellent track record for member referrals and leads. As well as members promoting each other, you also get a slot on the Club’s website. This supports your online presence with valuable backlinks to and from your business’s site (if you have one). There is no awkward competition with other members, as only one business from each sector or trade is allowed.

2. Supportive Environment

We don’t see any reason why we can’t enjoy the time we invest in networking. So, we have a simple structure to our meetings and really like our relaxed, professional atmosphere. Our current members represent a range of sectors and our businesses are at a variety development stages. We help each other tackle our clients’ problems and share our expert knowledge. There are no referral targets or penalties for not achieving a certain number.

We respect everyone’s expertise, trust each other’s honesty and want to develop long-term business relationships.

3. Local

You are welcome to join LRBC if you are an SME, shop owner, sole trader, online business, mobile business, partnership or a limited company. As long as you are based in the Leicestershire or Rutland areas and want to be part of a reliable business community with other people like you.

Our fortnightly meetings are in the centralised location of Melton Mowbray, before the start of your working day. It’s a lovely, comfortable venue with breakfast baps and hot beverages included.
